the only positive notes are the breakfast and the very central location, for the rest of 4 stars it has absolutely nothing, dated and not very clean rooms, non-existent courtesy, we went in August probably on the hottest days of the year for Prague, we asked immediately as to why the air conditioning was not working as soon as we entered the room, the answer was that they do not have an air conditioning system, there was a small fan to cool it unsuccessfully the room overlooking the main road where the sun beats us all the day and despite also having a balcony, the opening was blocked and allowed only a crack to open, tell me if someone who books a 4-star hotel goes looking for whether or not they have air conditioning, there are other comforts they are looking for.

This hotel was perfect for what we wanted, it was close to all the amenities and right in the centre of town, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the place was clean and tidy, this is by no means a 5 star hotel but you do get excellent value for money.

Great hotel! Couldn't be more in the centre of everything. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was yummy, lots of variety. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only one thing...it's advertised with a pool which was the clincher for me, for the kids. But it's part of a gym next door and is only available 8pm until 11pm and costs 8 euros per person. We didn't use it.

EA Hotel Julis is a great place in the center of Prague. The location is very convenient for sightseeing. The room where we stayed is very clean and warm with all necessary commodities. We also had breakfast included. All meals were different and delicious.

Went there in a company trip, 16 rooms in total. Asked the agency that sold the trip for an upgrade to 5 senses suite to get balcony away from the street. Room very dated and has had some leaks from the roof. Floorboards slipping apart. Showerhead so lose you had to hold it while showering and cleaning not acceptable. Did not get the "welcome gift" that is supposed to be included at all. Swimming pool only open 20-23 while most people are dining out! However, the location is great.
